To Add a New Form to Your Application

1. In the Solution Explorer, right-click the project node and select Add | New Item… from the shortcut menu.

2. In the Categories pane of the Add New Item dialog, select MM .NET. In the Templates pane select the MM .NET Business Form or MM .NET Business Maint Form template:

   

3. In the Name text box, specify the name you want to give your new form (for example: CustomerOrdersForm.cs). Click the Add button to create the new form and add it to your project. The new form is displayed in design mode.

4. Using the Visual Studio designers, finish designing your new form and save it.
