Step 1: Creating a New Web Forms Solution

From the Visual Studio File menu, select New Project.... This launches the New Project dialog.
In the left side of the dialog under your language of choice.
In the center pane of the dialog, select the MM .NET Web Forms Project template.
In the Name text box, enter the name you want to give the new Web project.
Click the OK button to continue.
Your new Web solution is displayed in Visual Studio. Your Solution Explorer should look something like this:
The first node in the tree view is your solution. The second node in the tree view is your new Web project folder.
