Checking IsPostBack on MM .NET Web Controls

Unlike the "out-of-the-box" Web Forms controls, MM .NET Web Controls have a custom IsPostBack property you can check to determine if the form is being posted back. Note that this property is only set if the Web control's BindingType is set to OneWay or TwoWay.
