License Agreement

This end-user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Oak Leaf Enterprises Solution Design, Inc. (Oak Leaf Enterprises) for the MM .NET Framework. You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA by installing, copying, or otherwise using the software. If you do not agree, do not install, copy, or use the software.

1.1 Oak Leaf Enterprises grants to you as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive license to use MM .NET, and to make and use copies of MM .NET for the purposes of designing, developing, testing, and demonstrating your software product(s), provided that you are the only individual using MM .NET.

1.2 You may store or install a copy of MM .NET on a storage device such as a network server, used only to install or run MM .NET on computers used by licensed end users in accordance with section 1.1. A single license for MM .NET may not be shared or used concurrently by multiple software developers.

1.3 Oak Leaf Enterprises grants you an unlimited, royalty-free right to distribute MM .NET assemblies along with software you create using MM .NET

1.4. You may make, use and freely distribute an unlimited number of copies of the MM .NET Developer's Guide documentation.
