Printing this Guide

Follow these steps to print this guide:

1. Right-click a major topic (i.e. "Getting Started") and select Print Topic from the shortcut menu

2. In the Print Topics dialog, select Print the selected heading and all subtopics and then click OK:

   

3. If you want to print two Developer Guide pages per printed page, in the Print dialog, click Preferences and in the Layout tab, set the Pages Per Sheet to 2, and then click OK to close the Printing Preferences dialog:

   

4. Click OK to print the topics
